Welcome to my yoga practice, where I offer group classes and private sessions designed to support your journey of balance and self-awareness. In this space, you're invited to move through mindful flow, rooted in breath and alignment. We'll explore strength and softness, stillness and sound—always returning to presence. Feel your body in space, welcome your breath, and bow to your deepest heart. Whether you're building energy or settling into rest, each session is a chance to connect with your soul center and just be.

Align & Flow

Connect breath and body through an alignment-based flow that builds strength, balance, and awareness. Suitable for all levels.

SoulFlow & Sound

Move with breath through an alignment-based flow, then drop into deep rest with the healing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments. All levels welcome.

Gratitude

Erica has a way of making everyone feel better than the best version of themselves. I have practiced with her for almost a decade. Over those years, I have not only improved my yoga postures through her gentle and supportive guidance, but achieved a mental clarity through yoga that I never thought would be possible. Erica mixes spiritual and physical elements in a magical way. Sometimes when I am finished with a session, I feel as if I’ve both gone for a massage and had my favorite drink. The sense of physical well-being and buzz lasts for at least a day, but the positive mentality and my physical strength endure. She is one of the most gifted yoga teachers I’ve ever met. And I do yoga wherever I venture! Beyond that, she attracts students who are wonderful humans, and I have made many friends because of her.  Whether at my local studio or at her majestic retreat in Tulum, I feel happier, lighter, limber & so loved."​
